How can I purchase NBA LEAGUE PASS for the 2017-2018 season?

The pricing and packages for the 2017-18 NBA season are now available. You can view package features and subscribe to NBA LEAGUE PASS here.

 

Is there a free trial for the 2017-2018 season?

Sign up for the League Pass Free Trial to try out all the great features for this season! This season's Free Trial will run from October 17 until October 24 at 11:59PM. 

If you sign up for the Free Trial and decide that you do not wish to subscribe for the upcoming season, cancel the trial at the "My Packages" section of your League Pass account before the end of your free trial period.

I am having trouble logging in on watch.nba.com. What should I do?

Users are no longer be required to enter usernames to access their accounts – NBA accounts will be accessible by logging in with an email address, making it even easier to follow all of the exciting action this season. Going forward, account creation require an email address rather than a username. Please reach out to the NBA LEAGUE PASS support team if you have any questions.

If you know your email and password and are still having trouble logging in at watch.nba.com, please clear your web browser cache/cookies, open an alternate web browser window or try 'incognito' or 'private' browser mode, and try again. The box scores will not load. What should I do?

I am getting a 505 error when I attempt to install the NBA app on Google Play. What should I do?

The Google play store 505 error can be solved by following the steps below:

Method 1: Clear Cache and Data of Google Play Store:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Click on Apps or Application Manager option.
  • Now, swipe right further to open All tab.
  • Now, scroll down and look for Google Play Store app. Click on it.
  • Here, you will see two buttons – 1. Clear Cache and 2. Clear Data. Click on them.


Method 2: Reconfigure your Google Account:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Click on Google option under Accounts Section.
  • Now, click on your Google account and select Remove Account option.
  • Now, restart your android phone and reconfigure your Google Account.


Method 3: Factory Reset your Android Phone

  1. Open watch.nba.com
  2. Click My Account located in the top right corner
  3. Click Sign In
  4. Click Forgot your Password
  5. Enter email address used to create your NBA account
  6. Check your inbox for an email to begin the password reset process. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder
  7. Click the reset password link in the email
  8. Enter new password and click Update

iOS

  1. Open the NBA App
  2. Tap More located in the bottom right corner
  3. Tap Sign In
  4. Tap Forgot Password
  5. Enter email address used to create your NBA account
