How to Reset Your Password
- Check the email address associated with your NBA account for a password reset emalil
- If you do not see the email:
- Check your Spam, Junk, Promotions, and other email folders.
- Allow a few minutes for the email to arrive.
- If you still cannot locate the email, please contact NBA Support here.
- Open the password reset email and select the reset link.
- Enter a new password that meets the required password criteria.
- Select Update to save your new password.
- Return to the NBA App or NBA.com and sign in using your new password.
Troubleshooting Password Reset Issues
If the password reset link has expired, you can request a new password reset email and repeat the steps above.
If you receive an error when attempting to reset your password, try:
- Opening the reset link in a different browser.
- Using a private/incognito browsing window.
- Requesting a new password reset email.
- Clearing your browser's cache and cookies before trying again.
