If your NBA account is locked and you are presented with the “Account is Locked” error message, please follow these steps to unlock your account and reset your password.
- Tap OK on the Account Lock message window
- Tap Forgot Password directly below the password field
- Enter the email address linked to your NBA account
- Tap Send
- Tap OK
- Check your email inbox. An automated email will be sent to this address with a link to unlock your account and reset your password.
- Enter new password in the reset password field and confirm
- Click Update
