Promo codes make it easy to enjoy discounted access to NBA League Pass, but they can only be redeemed on NBA.com. Whether you’re applying a promo code during checkout or adding one to an existing subscription, the steps below will guide you through the process.
To redeem a promo code
- Log in to your NBA ID on NBA.com
- Add a League Pass subscription to your shopping cart
- On the ‘Billing Info’ page, enter the promo code under ‘Have a promo code?’
- Click ‘Apply’ to confirm the promo code is valid and has been applied.
If you are receiving an 'Invalid code' error when applying your promo code, please try the following:
- Ensure there are no spaces before and after the code
- Ensure you are selecting the correct subscription for your promo code
- Try to log out and log back into your NBA ID account
To add a promo code to an existing, active subscription
- Log in to your NBA ID on NBA.com
- Go to ‘My Account’
- Click ‘Manage Plan’ next to the Subscription section
- Click ‘Have a promo code?’
- Enter your code and select Apply
This promo code will be applied to the next billing period of your subscription. Promo codes can only be applied to active subscriptions if the promo code is applicable for the same subscription type and term. If you have two subscriptions, please navigate to the ‘Manage Plan’ section and select the subscription you want to apply the promo code to.
