Cancelling your NBA League Pass

We understand that plans change, and you may need to update or cancel your subscription. The NBA provides a simple, self‑service cancellation process directly through your account, allowing you to manage your subscription at any time. Your subscription will continue to renew unless cancelled. Depending on which platform you have purchased your League Pass from, we have provided instructions to manage your subscription below. Whether you’re adjusting your service or taking a break, we’re here to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.
 

NBA.com

  1. Go to the NBA.com homepage
  2. Hover over 'Sign in' (top right) or the "My Account" icon (top right) if you're already signed in
  3. If you are not signed in, click ‘Sign in with NBA ID’ (top right) and enter your email and password
  4. Hover over the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
  5. Click ‘Manage Plan’ next to the Subscription section
  6. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’ 
  7. Click 'Continue'
  8. Click a Cancel Reason
  9. Go through the flow and confirm your cancellation
  10. Confirm by clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’

You will receive a cancellation confirmation email after successfully cancelling your subscription. 

Fans with a Season-Long subscription purchased through NBA.com will be auto-renewed before each season. If your Season-Long League Pass has already been renewed for the upcoming season, you will automatically receive a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 14 days of being billed.

iOS

You can find instructions on how to cancel your subscription through iOS here.

  1. Go to the App Store application
  2. In the upper right corner, tap on the circle icon with your initials to view your Apple ID account.
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Tap on "NBA" to view more details
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Android

You can find instructions on how to cancel your subscription through Android here.

  1. On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  3. Tap Cancel subscription.
  4. Follow the instructions.

Roku

You can find instructions on how to cancel your subscription through Roku here. 

On the Roku website:

  1. Go to my.roku.com and sign in to your Roku account
  2. Click ‘Manage Your Subscriptions’
  3. Find your NBA App subscription in the list
  4. Click ‘Unsubscribe’

 On your Roku Device:

  1. Press the ‘Home’ button on your Roku remote
  2. Highlight the NBA App
  3. Press the Star button (*) on your remote to open the Options menu
  4. Click ‘Manage Subscription’
  5. Click ‘Cancel Subscription’

Amazon Fire TV or Fire Stick App

You can find instructions on how to cancel your subscription through Amazon here.

  1. Go to Your Account
  2. Select Your Apps under Digital content and devices.
  3. Select Your Subscriptions under Manage.
  4. Update your subscription as needed.

Samsung TV

You can find instructions on how to cancel your subscription through Samsung here.

On the Samsung website:

  1. Go to https://www.samsungcheckout.com and sign in with your Samsung account.
  2. Navigate to "Purchase History".
  3. Click on the "Subscriptions" tab.
  4. Find your NBA League Pass subscription in the list.
  5. Click "Unsubscribe" or "Cancel Subscription".
  6. Confirm the cancellation.

On your Samsung TV:

  1. Press the "Home" button on your Samsung remote.
  2. Go to "Settings".
  3. Navigate to "Samsung Account or Apps".
  4. Select "Purchase History or Subscriptions".
  5. Find your NBA App subscription.
  6. Choose "Unsubscribe" or "Cancel Subscription".
  7. Confirm the cancellation.
