The NBA provides a simple, self‑service cancellation process directly through your account, allowing you to manage your subscription at any time. Depending on which platform you have purchased your League Pass from, we have provided instructions to manage your subscription below. Whether you’re adjusting your service or taking a break, we’re here to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.

- Go to the NBA.com homepage
- Hover over 'Sign in' (top right) or the "My Account" icon (top right) if you're already signed in
- If you are not signed in, click ‘Sign in with NBA ID’ (top right) and enter your email and password
- Hover over the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
- Click ‘Manage Plan’ next to the Subscription section
- Click ‘Cancel Subscription’
- Click 'Continue'
- Click a Cancel Reason
- Go through the flow and confirm your cancellation
- Confirm by clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email after successfully cancelling your subscription.
iOS

- Go to the App Store application
- In the upper right corner, tap on the circle icon with your initials to view your Apple ID account.
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Tap on "NBA" to view more details
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Android

- On your Android device, go to your subscriptions in Google Play.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions.

- Go to my.roku.com and sign in to your Roku account
- Click ‘Manage Your Subscriptions’
- Find your NBA App subscription in the list
- Click ‘Unsubscribe’
On your Roku Device:
- Press the ‘Home’ button on your Roku remote
- Highlight the NBA App
- Press the Star button (*) on your remote to open the Options menu
- Click ‘Manage Subscription’
- Click ‘Cancel Subscription’
Amazon Fire TV or Fire Stick App

- Select Your Apps under Digital content and devices.
