What does an NBA League Pass gift include, and when does it start?
An NBA League Pass gift is 12 months of access to every out-of-market NBA game, live and on demand. The 12-month subscription begins when the recipient redeems the gift, not when you purchase it or when the gift email arrives.
How do I purchase an NBA League Pass gift?
Go to the NBA League Pass gift page. Gifts are not available for purchase in the NBA App. Purchase the 12-month NBA League Pass gift, which is a one-time purchase. Both the gift purchaser and the recipient must be in the continental U.S. (excluding U.S. territories). Add a personalized note and choose when the gift email will be delivered, up to three months after the purchase date.
On the chosen delivery date, the recipient receives an email containing your name, your note, a redemption code, and redemption instructions.
How does the recipient redeem an NBA League Pass gift code?
The recipient can enter the unique code from the gift email on the NBA League Pass gift redemption page to redeem the gift.
A recipient who received a BlazerVision gift should use the BlazerVision gift redemption page instead.
What happens if the recipient already has a League Pass subscription?
When the recipient already has an active subscription for the subscription they were gifted, the gift’s start depends on the status and purchase method of that subscription:

Will the recipient be charged after the 12-month gift ends?
The recipient can choose whether to renew NBA League Pass with their own billing information at redemption and at the end of the gift subscription. If the recipient selects continued service after the 12-month gift ends, the subscription renews as monthly League Pass at the current monthly rate. The recipient will be notified 30 days before being charged.
