Level up your fandom with Dynamic Badges, earning achievements as you engage with the NBA App, NBA ID, & NBA League Pass. You can now express your fandom with a 3D digital collectible that combines a personalized and customized card and basketball. By accumulating activity across ten Seasonal Challenges, like active days in the NBA app and minutes watched on League Pass, you can unlock new badge titles, animation effects, colors and patterns that make your badge personalized and customizable to your favorite team.
Sign up to create your Dynamic Badge here. During the registration process, you can customize the color and patterns on your digital basketball. Once your digital basketball has been customized, your Dynamic Badge will be created. You can then complete seasonal challenges across the NBA App and NBA League Pass to unlock new titles and effects to enhance and customize your Digital Basketball.

What is a Dynamic Badge?
A Dynamic Badge is a way for you to express your fandom for your favorite team by creating your own 3D Digital Collectible card and basketball.
What are Seasonal Challenges?
There are 10 Seasonal Challenges for the 2024-2025 season that, once completed, unlock new Card and Badge effects. Seasonal Challenges include how many days you have opened and been active in the NBA App, how many games or stories you’ve watched, and more. You have to be signed into your NBA ID to have your activity count towards your Seasonal Challenges.
What is Badge Completion?
Your Badge Completion percentage is calculated by the percentage completion of your Seasonal Challenges. The more you progress through your Seasonal Challenges, the higher percentage you are to completing your Badge and receiving even more rewards.
How do I sign up?
An NBA ID is required to sign up and customize your Dynamic Badge. Follow the directions below to sign up for your Dynamic Badge.
- Navigate here and select ‘Sign in with your NBA ID’
- If you don’t have an NBA ID, select ‘Don’t have an NBA ID?’
- If you do have an NBA ID, sign in with your NBA ID
- Once signed in, select ‘Claim your Basketball’
- Select or confirm your favorite team and start customizing your digital basketball
Where can I access my Dynamic Badge?
You can always access your Dynamic Badge and see your Seasonal Challenge and Badge Completion progress at https://dynamicbadge.nba.com/en.
Dynamic Badges are only available to access on web at this time.
My activity isn’t updating, what do I do?
Activity progress can take up to 24 hours to be reflected on your Badge. If you are still not seeing your updated activity after 24 hours, please reach out to our support team here.
