Why can’t I link my Amazon account to NBA League Pass?

You may only link one NBA ID with one Amazon Prime account. Please make sure you are using the correct email and password for your Amazon Prime account. If you are unsure of your Amazon password, try resetting your password here.

Also, please check that you have an active NBA League Pass subscription through either the NBA or Amazon Prime Video Channels. Linking is not available if you have active subscriptions through both, or if your purchase was not made in an Amazon-supported country.

How do I unlink my Amazon Prime account from my NBA ID?

You can unlink your Amazon Prime account through Amazon here.

How can I manage my League Pass subscription?

If you purchased NBA League Pass through NBA.com and you want to make changes to your NBA League Pass subscription, sign in to NBA.com, and on your account page, select ‘Manage Plan’ next to your subscription.

If you purchased NBA League Pass through Amazon Prime Video, you will need to visit your Amazon account settings page to change or upgrade your subscription by clicking here.

Who can help if linking still does not work?
