Logging in to your NBA ID on the NBA App

An NBA ID is required to log in to the NBA App.

To log in to the NBA App:

1. Tap the ‘My Account’ icon on the top right
2. Tap ‘Sign In or Join’
3. Enter your email and password and tap ‘Sign In’

If you forget your password or your account is locked, visit ‘Forgot Password’ to reset your password. This will log you out on all of your devices.

If you are still having trouble signing in, submit a request with Support.
