For security reasons, the email address associated with an NBA ID cannot be changed once the account has been created.
Your email address serves as the unique identifier for your NBA ID and is used for account authentication, password resets, subscription access, and other security-related functions. To help protect account ownership and prevent unauthorized account changes, we do not support updating or replacing the email address associated with an existing NBA ID.
What Are My Options?
If you would like to use a different email address, you can create a new NBA ID at any time using your preferred email address.
Please note that creating a new NBA ID will result in a separate account. Account information, purchase history, preferences, subscriptions, and other data associated with your existing NBA ID may not automatically transfer to your new account.

If you have an active NBA League Pass subscription and need assistance accessing your account, please contact our support team before creating a new NBA ID. Our team may be able to help you recover access to your existing account if you no longer have access to the original email address.
