- To upgrade your subscription to include NBA TV or NBA League Pass, contact your TV provider.
- To access your subscription on NBA digital platforms, log in with your TV provider credentials.
- If you do not know your username and password, contact your TV Provider to reset the password.

- Click ‘Sign in' (top right)
- Click ‘Select TV Provider’
- Click your TV Provider logo and enter your username and password
NBA App:
- Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
- Sign in / Create an NBA ID
- Tap ‘My TV Provider’ from the ‘My Account’ screen
- Tap ‘Select TV Provider’
- Tap your TV Provider logo and enter your username and password
