Which US TV providers offer League Pass or NBA TV?
Check the list of US TV providers that offer NBA TV or NBA League Pass subscriptions. If your US provider is not listed, submit a request to NBA Support. Be prepared to provide proof of purchase and create an NBA ID.
How do I sign in to the NBA App or NBA.com with a US TV provider?
Please see directions below for how to sign in and access your NBA League Pass with your TV Provider credentials.
NBA.com
- Go to the NBA.com homepage
- Click ‘Sign in' (top right)
- Click ‘Select TV Provider’
- Click your TV Provider logo and enter your email and password
NBA App
- Tap the My Account icon in the top right.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Already Purchased?
- Tap Select TV Provider.
- Tap your TV provider's logo and enter your provider username and password.
How do I sign in with an international League Pass partner?
Check the list of NBA League Pass international partners. If you purchased League Pass through an international partner, use your partner credentials to sign in on NBA.com or in the NBA mobile app.
On NBA.com, follow these steps:
- Go to the NBA.com homepage.
- Select Sign in in the top right.
- Click your provider's logo and enter your provider email and password.
In the NBA mobile app, follow these steps:
- Tap the My Account icon in the top right.
- Tap Sign in.
- Tap your provider's logo.
- Sign in with your provider credentials.
If you do not see your provider, submit a request with Support. Please include your proof of purchase.
What if I forgot my TV provider login or want to change my subscription?
Contact your TV provider if you need to recover or reset your provider username or password. To upgrade a subscription purchased through a TV provider or make changes to that account, contact the TV provider directly.
Where is the option to sign in with Prime Video in the NBA App?
In the NBA App, Prime Video users can tap Link Prime Video Subscription instead of Select TV Provider at the provider-selection step. To reach that option, tap My Account > Subscriptions > Already Purchased?
