Sync your League Pass to the App

League Pass subscriptions purchased from different supported apps and platforms can easily be linked to your NBA ID so that you can watch across all of our supported devices. 

The steps below will guide you through restoring your purchase or signing in with the account associated with your subscription, ensuring that your League Pass access syncs correctly and is ready to use across all of the NBA's supported platforms. 

Purchased through NBA.com:

  1. Tap ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
  2. Click 'Sign in or Join'
  3. Sign in with your NBA ID

Please ensure you sign in with the NBA ID associated with your subscription. Once signed in, you will be able to watch League Pass content.

Purchased through Apple:

  1. Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
  2. Tap ‘Subscriptions’ 
  3. Tap ‘Sign in to restore purchase’
  4. Tap ‘Restore Purchases’
  5. An Apple pop-up message will confirm that your subscription has been linked

You can also navigate to your desired game, select the full game stream, select 'Already Purchased', and select 'Restore Purchases'

Purchased through Google Play:

  1. Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
  2. Tap ‘Subscriptions’ 
  3. Tap ‘Sign in to restore purchase’
  4. Tap ‘Restore Purchases’
  5. A Google pop-up message will confirm that your subscription has been linked

Purchased through Samsung:

  1. Open the NBA App from your Samsung TV’s Home screen
  2. Select 'Sign In'
  3. Enter the email and password associated with your NBA League Pass subscription
  4. If prompted with an activation code:

If your subscription does not sync to your NBA ID after completing this process, you should also confirm that the Samsung account email you used to purchase League Pass is the same account active on the device before opening the NBA App.  You can see what Samsung Account they are signed in with on their TV by going to Settings > All Settings > General & Privacy > System Manager > Samsung Account. You can also verify your Samsung purchase history here.

Purchased through a US TV Provider:

  1. Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
  2. Tap ‘Subscriptions’ 
  3. Tap ‘Sign in to restore purchase’
  4. Tap ‘Select TV Provider’
  5. Tap your TV Provider
  6. Sign in with your TV Provider username and password

If you do not know your username and password, contact your TV Provider to reset the password. To upgrade your subscription to include NBA TV or NBA League Pass, contact your TV provider.

Purchased through an International Partner:

  1. Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
  2. Tap the ‘Sign in or Join’ button
  3. Tap your provider logo
  4. Sign in with your Partner Provider username and password
