Purchased through NBA.com:
- Tap ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
- Click 'Sign in or Join'
- Sign in with your NBA ID credentials
Purchased through Apple:
If your subscription does not automatically sync, please follow the below instructions.
- Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
- Tap ‘Subscriptions’
- Tap ‘Sign in to restore purchase’
- Tap ‘Restore Purchases’
- An Apple pop-up message will confirm that your subscription has been linked
Purchased through Google Play:
If your subscription does not automatically sync, please follow the below instructions.
- Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
- Tap ‘Subscriptions’
- Tap ‘Sign in to restore purchase’
- Tap ‘Restore Purchases’
- A Google pop-up message will confirm that your subscription has been linked
Purchased through a US TV Provider:
- Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
- Tap ‘Subscriptions’
- Tap ‘Sign in to restore purchase’
- Tap ‘Select TV Provider’
- Tap your TV Provider
- Sign in with your TV Provider username and password
If you do not know your username and password, contact your TV Provider to reset the password. To upgrade your subscription to include NBA TV or NBA League Pass, contact your TV provider.
Purchased through an International Partner:
If you do not see your provider, please reach out to the support team here.
- Tap the ‘My Account’ icon (top right)
- Tap the ‘Sign in or Join’ button
- Tap your provider logo
- Sign in with your Partner Provider username and password
