Changing or Upgrading your Subscription

You can update or upgrade your NBA League Pass subscription at any time. If you purchased your subscription directly through NBA.com, simply sign in, go to your account page, and select Manage Plan next to your active subscription to make changes. If your subscription was purchased through a third‑party provider, such as Apple, Google Play, a TV provider, or an international partner, you will need to manage your plan using their support channels or subscription management tools.
 
If you are unable to make these changes yourself, you can also reach out to our support team here and select Change Subscription as your contact reason. Please include the information listed below so we can process your request quickly and ensure your access is updated without interruption.
 
  1. The email address associated with your NBA account
  2. Your current subscription
  3. The subscription you want to change/upgrade to
  4. The last 4 digits of your credit card or billing info
