Changing or Upgrading your Subscription

To change or upgrade your subscription, sign into, and on your account page select ‘Manage Plan’ next to your subscription.

You can also reach out to support here and select 'Change Subscription' as the contact reason. Please include the following information so we can process your request and you can start watching your preferred games.

  1. The email address associated with your NBA account
  2. Your current subscription
  3. The subscription you want to change/upgrade to
  4. The last 4 digits of your credit card or billing info

If you purchased through a third-party, you will need to contact their support team to change or upgrade your subscription.
