Changing your Subscription

If you purchased your subscription on and would like to change or upgrade your subscription, you can do so by following the steps below. 

  1. Sign in on the homepage
  2. Select the account icon (top right)
  3. Select My NBA ID
  4. Select ‘Manage Plan’
  5. Select ‘Change or Upgrade your subscription’
  6. Select the subscription you would like to change to
  7. Confirm the change

If you purchased on  and are unable to complete the upgrade or change through ‘Manage Plan’ on, please reach out to support here and select 'Change Subscription' as the contact reason. Please include the following information so we can process your request and you can start watching your preferred games.

  1. The email address associated with your NBA account
  2. Your current subscription
  3. The subscription you want to change/upgrade to
  4. The last 4 digits of your credit card or billing info

If you purchased through a third-party, you will need to contact their support team to change or upgrade your subscription.
