What is the student discount offer for NBA League Pass?

Eligible students can receive 40% off NBA League Pass Monthly or NBA League Pass Premium Monthly subscription for 12 consecutive months. Students can re-verify their discount eligibility at the end of the 12-month term. 

The student discount is only applicable for an NBA League Pass Monthly or NBA League Pass Premium Monthly subscription and cannot be utilized or upgraded on any other subscription type. 

How do I sign up and verify my student status?

To get a student promo code for NBA League Pass, complete these steps:

1. Open the NBA student offer on UNiDAYS.
2. Create a UNiDAYS account or log in. Enter your first name, last name, date of birth, email address, and college or university information.
3. Follow the UNiDAYS prompts to verify your student status. Once verified, you’ll receive a unique promo code.
4. Redeem the promo code on NBA.com for League Pass Monthly or League Pass Premium Monthly through the NBA purchase flow.

Can I get the student discount again if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel a subscription that included the student discount, you cannot verify your student status again for one year from your first verification. Each student promo code can be redeemed only once, and student status can be verified only once per year.

Can I renew the student discount after 12 months?

Yes. If you're still eligible after the 12-month term, verify your student status through UNiDAYS again to receive another promo code for an additional 12 months of discounted League Pass Monthly or League Pass Premium Monthly access. Student status can be verified only once per year.

If you have an active qualifying monthly subscription, log in to the NBA ID associated with it and enter the new code under Manage Subscription > Manage Plan. Select Apply and confirm the promotion. The promotion takes effect on your next bill date or after any current promotions end.

How do I apply a student promo code to a subscription I already have?

If you have an active League Pass Monthly or League Pass Premium Monthly subscription, use the NBA ID associated with that subscription to redeem your student promo code:

1. Log in to the NBA ID with the active subscription and open Manage Subscription.
2. Select Manage Plan and enter the promo code in the redemption code field.
3. Select Apply and confirm that the promotion is applied.
4. The promotion takes effect on your next bill date or after any current promotions end.
