Videos won't play


The NBA uses an HTML5 Player. To view video content, please be sure that third party cookies are enabled by following the links to instructions for your browser below. Once you have enabled cookies, please clear your cookies and cache and restart the browser. If you need instructions on clearing cache, please click here.

Please ensure you are on the latest version of the app.

If you are still having trouble playing videos, please clear your cache and/or data by following the instructions below:


  1. On your device’s home screen, tap Settings
  2. Go to your device’s Apps or Application Manager. 
  3. Under the Downloaded tab, tap the NBA App
  4. Under App info, tap Clear Cache
    *In iOS version 11, the cache and data are automatically deleted from the device once the app is closed.


  1. On your device’s home screen, tap Settings
  2. Tap Storage
    *If your android runs on Android Oreo or earlier, open App Manager settings page
  3. Tap Other Apps
  4. Find and tap NBA: Live Games and Scores
  5. Tap Clear Cache and Clear Data. 

If you are still having issues, please delete the app and reinstall it from the app store.
