7027 Error

Fans may see a 7027 error when trying to view content with League Pass. This error indicates that our system detects that you are connecting to League Pass using a proxy or VPN. Please turn off your VPN or proxy to view. If you are still encountering this error after turning off your proxy or VPN, please try the steps below.

Clearing Cache

  1. Clear your web browser cache and cookies. You can find instructions for how to clear your cache on your browser here
  2. After you clear your cache, close all web browser windows and then relaunch your web browser.
  3. If the issue continues, try a different browser (such as Chrome or Firefox) to rule out a browser‑specific issue.

Restart Your Network

  1. If you’re connected via Wi‑Fi, restart your modem and router. 
  2. If you’re using a mobile device, try switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data to see if the issue persists.

Test Another Platform 

Try accessing your subscription on a different device, browser, or app. This can help determine whether the issue is specific to a single platform or device.
 

Mac Users: Turn off Private Relay 

If you’re using Safari on a Mac, Private Relay can trigger error 7027 because it masks your IP address (similar to a VPN). To turn off Private Relay:
  1. Select Apple Menu > System Settings
  2. Click your name at the top of the sidebar
  3. Select iCloud
  4. Choose Private Relay
  5. Turn Private Relay off
  6. Click Done and relaunch your browser
