Keeping track of your subscription status helps ensure you always have access to the games and features you expect, no matter where you watch. Whether you subscribed through NBA.com or the NBA App, you can quickly review your active subscription, renewal dates, and billing details from the account settings on your device. Use the steps below to check your subscription details.
Web
- Sign in to NBA.com here
- Select "My Account" under the profile icon on the top right
- On the Subscription modal, tap "Manage Plan"
- If you have an active subscription through NBA.com or through an in-app purchase, you will see subscription details here
If you have an account through a TV Provider or International Partner, your subscription details will be listed in a modal under the My Account section.
Mobile
- Sign into your NBA ID on the NBA App
- Select the Profile Icon
- Scroll to the ‘My Account’ section
- Tap on ‘Subscriptions’ to view subscription details
Connected Devices
- Select the NBA app
- Sign into your NBA ID
- Scroll to the settings icon
- Tap on ‘Account’ to view subscription details
If you purchased through a third-party, you will need to contact their support team to change or upgrade your subscription.
