Web
- Sign in to NBA.com here
- Select "My Account" under the profile icon on the top right
- On the Subscription modal, tap "Manage Plan"
- If you have an active subscription through NBA.com or through an in-app purchase, you will see subscription details here
If you have an account through a TV Provider or International Partner, your subscription details will be listed in a modal under the My Account section.
Mobile
- Sign into your NBA ID on the NBA App
- Select the Profile Icon
- Scroll to the ‘My Account’ section
- Tap on ‘Subscriptions’ to view subscription details
Connected Devices
- Select the NBA app
- Sign into your NBA ID
- Scroll to the settings icon
- Tap on ‘Account’ to view subscription details
If you purchased through a third-party, you will need to contact their support team to change or upgrade your subscription.
